Fridays are the most fantastic day of the week, they are different from all other days like, new hits releases on Friday, weekend starts from Friday, boring program list of television changed on Fridays, all of us feel a new kind of positive energy on Fridays, something like encouraging, something like motivational, something which brings new hope and light up our spirits. So how will you make every day be like Fantastic Friday?
Here are five fays in which you can make every day be like Fantastic Friday!
- Stay positive.
Our mind is full of thoughts and ideas. These thoughts may be positive or negative, these ideas may be constructive or destructive. To bring positivity in your life, first you have to think positive, no matter how much failures you experience but if you have a positive mindset you will surely got success one day. Make a believe that everything that would happen in our life teaches us something, either its a failure or a success, everything has its own reason. That's why we called as "Life is the best teacher. be a good student and learn from it."
- Never lose hope.
Hope is something which encourage us for something we want to achieve. It's may be some life goals, relationship goals, friendship goals or a football goal. Hope is something which never allow us to give up, never give up is the key to success. A person can live 3 weeks without food, 3 days without water, 3 minutes without air but he can't survive for even 3 seconds without hope. "Hope is the biggest encouragement of life."
- Be carefree.
Be carefree is like isolated from the external world. Be carefree means you have no impact of the external world on your emotions and decisions. It never means that you don't have to care about others, cafe for them! but in such a way that they are not controlling your emotions and decisions. A survey shows that carefree peoples are the most attractive ones. "Be carefree and take control of your life, ultimately you realize that its all about you."
- Be happy.
Be happy is the opposite of worry. if you are not worry about something then naturally you stays happy. Happiness have a great impact on our lives, your smile, your beard, your muscles, your beauty etc are all depend on your happiness. A happy person naturally looks good, that's why bride and groom looks most beautiful persons at a wedding ceremony. but sometimes it's hard to be happy, specially when you are broke from inside and you have no idea what to do now, in that case go with the flow is the best option you have. Don't plan for something when you have no idea what to do because "life already has plans for you."
- Keeping Calm.
Keeping calm is like don't rush for something. We humans are the never settle bread, we are eagerly rushing to achieve something. We try, we fail, we try, we lack on luck, we try and we give up. This is the most common pattern of humans to achieve something. We forgot that, sometimes it's just happens so fast that you don't even realize that it is happening, the thing you want is came so close to you without doing any extra efforts, that is the moment of right time. you have to be patient and wait for your time. Best way of keeping yourself calm is meditation. Meditation is the best exercise to maintain the peace of mind. 10 minutes of meditation can bring very effective change in your life, all you need is, a pair of ear bud and a comfortable place. you don't even have to worry about the silence, ear buds keeps you isolated from the surroundings. "Quiet the mind and the soul will speak."
